Basic data of the project: An old family house built in the middle of the 20th century, located in old downtown of Pomorie. Тhe building was in very bad condition. Construction, facades and interior were damaged and shabby.

Assignment: Keeping the existing layout, giving a new appearance but with respect for the past. Creating and differentiating three separate small apartments with their own bathroom, bedroom and Livingroom. Each apartment is with its own specific character.
